A professional engagement with Tax Maverick Inc. is established only through a separate, signed written agreement.

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will achieve any specific revenue, growth, or financial outcome. The Services, including the 7 Stages framework, quiz questions, scoring logic, Growth Roadmap PDFs, written content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the compilation of all of the foregoing, are owned by Tax Maverick Inc. or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
7. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and email address and checking the consent boxes, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional emails, text messages, phone calls, and prerecorded or artificial voice messages (including ringless voicemail) from or on behalf of Tax Maverick Inc. using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages related to a service you have specifically requested.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAX MAVERICK, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tax Maverick Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will end, and provisions intended by their nature to survive will survive.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. You and Tax Maverick each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
